He has been a consultant and political analyst for over 15 years. He has worked in academic and government institutions, with national and international think tanks and civil society organizations in various projects ranging from public safety to environmental. He is a fan of the use of quantitative and qualitative tools in the analysis of information for making strategic decisions. He has held different functions and positions in dependencies such as Segob, Cisen, Sedesol and the IFE, in addition to having been an analyst in GEA-Consultores and an assistant professor of CIDE. He has taught classes, workshops and courses in various institutions, including the ITAM and the Escuela Superior Militar. He studied Political Science at ITAM and is a Master at the New School for Social Research (NSSR) with a specialty in Comparative Politics in Latin America. Rodrigo loves to travel, has two children and three dogs.
